Own and manage the end-to-end GTM systems architecture, with Salesforce as the core system
Build and optimize automation workflows, integrations, and data flows across the GTM stack
Administer and enhance Salesforce, including flows, objects, reporting, and data structure
Implement and manage CPQ solutions (DealHub or Salesforce CPQ preferred)
Ensure data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and system scalability
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve systems adoption and performance
Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales Technology within B2B SaaS
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (administration, automation, data modeling)
Proven experience with CPQ tools (DealHub or Salesforce CPQ preferred)
Experience managing or integrating tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Gainsight, Clari, etc.
Strong experience with systems integrations and workflow automation (Zapier, APIs, etc.)
Ability to own systems end-to-end, not just manage or maintain them

Salesforce Admin certification
Experience working with AI-enabled workflows or automation tools
Exposure to SQL, BI tools, or data modeling
