We are seeking a strong, hands-on Outbound Operations Team Lead to lead our new outbound telemarketing division. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team focused on cold calling and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on calling.
Build and structure a small team, and gradually scale as volume grows.
Oversee daily cold-calling operations and appointment-setting management.
