Job Description

Our client is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented sales professional who will serve as the first point of contact for potential members of their subscription-based franchise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales: Contact warm leads via phone, and text to explain Founding Membership packages and convert interest into sign-ups.

  • High-volume outreach: Maintain a daily activity level of 150–300 calls to achieve a goal of 3–5 deals per day.

  • Manage sales pipeline: Track outreach activity, notes, and conversions using CRM tools like Monday CRM.

  • Collaborate with owners: Work directly with franchise owners to align on weekly goals, promotions, and local marketing campaigns.

  • Technical execution: Utilize the Hyperconnect cloud phone system and Zenotti for daily operations.

Must-have

  • Strong conversational English with a confident and professional phone presence.

  • Proven background in inside sales, membership sales, or appointment setting.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes while remaining results-driven.

  • Experience using CRM tools such as Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Accountable and skilled at managing a lead list with consistent follow-up.


Nice-to-have

  • Experience in hospitality, fitness, or other membership-based services.

  • Experience with Hyperconnect or Zenotti.
