Job Title: Revenue Operations Lead
Location: Mexico (Remote – Preference for Mexico City)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to design and strengthen the operating system behind a growing SaaS revenue engine. This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You will refine forecasting discipline, improve pipeline visibility, and build the structure that enables Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute with clarity and accountability. You won’t just report on performance — you will help shape it.

What You’ll Own

  • Refine and scale the end-to-end revenue operating model

  • Improve forecasting accuracy and executive-level revenue visibility

  • Establish pipeline governance standards and data integrity practices

  • Design and evolve seller productivity frameworks (capacity, territory, performance)

  • Lead territory planning and coverage alignment

  • Partner closely with CRO, Finance, and GTM leaders

  • Oversee and mentor a small RevOps team (1–3 people)

  • Drive continuous improvement of CRM governance and revenue reporting architecture

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve data analysis and operational efficiency

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of Revenue Operations experience within SaaS

  • Exposure to full-funnel revenue ownership (Marketing → Sales → CS)

  • Strong forecasting, capacity planning, and performance modeling skills

  • Experience influencing cross-functional GTM stakeholders

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments

  • Strong communication skills and executive presence

  • AI curiosity — able to leverage modern tools to increase operational efficiency

  • Hands-on mentality with willingness to build and improve systems

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM

  • Exposure to territory design and coverage modeling

  • Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team
