Full Job Description

Our client, a growing SaaS business, is hiring a Mid Level Strategic Business Analyst to support digital transformation and enterprise initiatives. LatamCent is supporting them in identifying top talent across Latin America.

This role partners directly with executive stakeholders and cross functional teams to define business requirements, shape technology roadmaps, and improve operational processes. You will translate complex challenges into structured, actionable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

This position is fully remote for candidates based in Latin America, working closely with U.S. based teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with program leaders and teams across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Capital Planning to identify stakeholders and gather requirements.

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to surface pain points and align on goals.

  • Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, actionable business requirements and documentation.

  • Support build vs buy analysis by comparing functional needs, vendor capabilities, and internal resources.

  • Prepare structured documentation that supports data based decisions, vendor evaluations, or internal build options.

  • Produce Business Requirements Documents outlining current and future state workflows and system expectations.

  • Define requirements for system integrations and support alignment with technical teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients.

  • Experience in process design, improvement, and data driven decision making.

  • Ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and translate complex needs into actionable requirements.

  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and process analysis skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver analytical solutions with measurable business impact.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated experience managing upward and influencing decision makers.

  • English level: C1 or higher.

  • Time zone: Ability to work in US Eastern or Central time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trimble (e Builder) or similar PMIS platforms.

  • Background in construction, capital projects, or complex operational environments such as manufacturing, airports, or data centers.

  • Experience with Procore, e Builder, Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, or Newforma.

  • Experience with software implementations, system administration, or optimization.

Success Indicators (First 3 to 6 Months)

  • Delivers clear, complete, and accurate BRDs aligned with stakeholder expectations.

  • Establishes trust with executive stakeholders and leads discovery work independently.

  • Produces documentation that improves clarity and decision making across teams.

  • Identifies opportunities to improve workflows or process structure.

  • Supports successful progress in system integration or vendor evaluation initiatives.

Compensation and Logistics

  • Compensation: USD 30,000 to 45,000 annually, depending on experience.
