The Opportunity
Join LatamCent as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where your primary mission is to buy back the CEO’s time. You will manage scheduling, follow-ups, coordination, and day-to-day execution so the CEO can focus on growth, sales, and leadership.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role working directly with the founder of a fast-growing staffing agency.
What You’ll Do
CEO & Leadership Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling
Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings
Track action items and ensure execution across teams
Manage inbox triage and priority communications
Coordination & Execution
Follow up with team members on deadlines and deliverables
Assist with internal documentation and summaries
Coordinate cross-functional communication (Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, Ops)
Admin & Personal Support
Organize travel, logistics, and scheduling
Pay invoices and coordinate with legal and accounting partners
Maintain clean systems in Notion, Google Drive, and Slack
Must-Haves
1–3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Assistant
Strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, calendar management, spreadsheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
High level of discretion and professionalism
C1–C2 English
Strong bias toward action and follow-through
