The Opportunity

Join LatamCent as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, where your primary mission is to buy back the CEO’s time. You will manage scheduling, follow-ups, coordination, and day-to-day execution so the CEO can focus on growth, sales, and leadership.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role working directly with the founder of a fast-growing staffing agency.

What You’ll Do

CEO & Leadership Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling

  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings

  • Track action items and ensure execution across teams

  • Manage inbox triage and priority communications

Coordination & Execution

  • Follow up with team members on deadlines and deliverables

  • Assist with internal documentation and summaries

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication (Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, Ops)

Admin & Personal Support

  • Organize travel, logistics, and scheduling

  • Pay invoices and coordinate with legal and accounting partners

  • Maintain clean systems in Notion, Google Drive, and Slack

Must-Haves

  • 1–3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Assistant

  • Strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, calendar management, spreadsheets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • C1–C2 English

  • Strong bias toward action and follow-through
