Summary
Elumynt is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to drive measurable growth for e-commerce clients through strategic performance marketing campaigns — with a primary focus on Google Ads.
You’ll manage search campaigns across multiple accounts, optimize for conversion and ROAS, and leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for client growth. This is a hands-on execution role where you’ll collaborate closely with account strategists, creative teams, and data analysts to translate performance insights into action.
Core Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Develop and execute conversion-focused strategies aligned with client goals.
Build and optimize keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page recommendations.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
Prepare client reports highlighting actionable insights and opportunities for growth.
Stay current on Google Ads and search marketing trends, algorithm changes, and automation tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with the overall e-commerce funnel and creative direction.
Job Requirements
C1–C2 English level (fluent written and verbal communication).
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands (agency experience preferred).
Proven track record improving ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition through paid search.
Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Merchant Center, and Analytics.
Experience managing large budgets and optimizing toward multiple goals (CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills for data interpretation and reporting.
Understanding of landing page best practices, attribution, and conversion tracking.
Bonus: experience with Bing Ads, Performance Max, or YouTube Ads.
