Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support growth and brand awareness in the home improvement and renovation industry. You’ll develop and execute marketing initiatives that attract new leads, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate the company’s digital and local presence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Develop content strategies focused on showcasing renovation projects, craftsmanship, and design inspiration.
Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating engaging posts, reels, and community interaction.
Support website updates, landing pages, and SEO optimization for service-based lead generation.
Coordinate with design and operations teams to gather testimonials, before-and-after visuals, and project stories.
Oversee email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Track marketing performance metrics, report on ROI, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Assist with local marketing efforts such as partnerships, events, or collaborations within the home services sector.
Must-Have
3+ years of experience in marketing, within home improvement, construction, or real estate services (mandatory)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, SEO, PPC).
Proven ability to create and manage content calendars and campaigns.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have
