About the Role
We are seeking a senior People Operations leader based in Latin America to support global people operations for a US-based organization with teams across Europe.
This role operates as a senior individual contributor and strategic partner, working in close collaboration with executive leadership, local vendors, and external partners to ensure compliant, scalable, and people-first operations across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Support global People Operations across the US and Europe in coordination with executive leadership
Partner with PEOs and local vendors to ensure compliance with European labor laws
Manage and optimize onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR systems
Maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance processes
Support employee relations matters and manager guidance across regions
Own people data reporting, insights, and operational improvements
Contribute to performance management and engagement initiatives
Qualifications
8+ years of proven experience in People Operations or HR leadership roles
Direct, hands-on experience supporting European teams and labor frameworks
Experience working with US-based leadership teams
Strong understanding of distributed and multicultural work environments
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Ability to work with consistent overlap across US and European business hours
Nice to Have
Experience supporting multiple European countries
Experience working as an international contractor
Background in global or remote-first organizations
