Location: Latin America/Central America

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Compensation: $2,500 - $3,000/month (based on experience)

About the Company: The client is a leading trade organization dedicated to making Ethereum more legible and institutionally accessible. We work with major global organizations and institutions to surface integration challenges and drive adoption of Ethereum technology. Our work spans events, social media, membership operations, and strategic communications with the world's largest financial institutions.

Role Overview: We’re hiring a Marketing Lead & Content Manager to own day-to-day marketing execution, content production, and community growth. This role is responsible for turning our events, webinars, member activity, and ecosystem into a consistent, high-quality, multi-platform marketing presence — while building the systems that make it scalable.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will run the content engine, manage production workflows, build repeatable systems, and ensure that marketing output is consistent, professional, and operationally reliable. You will also play a central role in building a real community — not just distributing content, but driving engagement, relationships, and ecosystem participation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing, Content & Communications

  • Daily social media execution across platforms, including planning, writing, scheduling, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking, supported by monthly content calendars and reporting systems.

  • Content production and repurposing from webinars, events, and recordings into social clips, blogs, newsletters, transcripts, and visual assets, including full video workflows (editing, subtitling, branding, formatting, publishing, and content library organization).

  • Member-driven marketing, newsletter production, and digital community engagement, including new-member announcements, co-amplification campaigns, member spotlights, and ecosystem visibility initiatives.

Events Marketing & Content

  • Event promotion workflows, including copywriting, visual assets, promotion calendars, social campaigns, and speaker/panelist social kits.

  • Post-event content repurposing and distribution, including recaps, blogs, video clips, transcripts, community follow-ups, and multi-platform publishing.

  • Integration of events into ongoing content, community, and member engagement strategies.

Systems, Automation & Operations

  • Development and maintenance of marketing systems and SOPs for content production, social workflows, video production, event promotion, content repurposing, and newsletter operations.

  • Implementation of AI tools and automation to scale output, improve speed, and maintain quality while preserving brand standards.

  • Continuous optimization of workflows to support high-volume execution and consistent quality.

Role Scope & Ownership

  • Owns: marketing execution, content systems, community growth, event marketing, content repurposing pipelines

  • Does not own: finance, billing, collections, CRM administration, renewals, board operations, executive scheduling, sales operations

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in hands-on marketing execution roles (marketing operations, content management, or social media execution — not strategy-only roles)

  • Demonstrated experience running a high-volume, multi-platform content pipeline independently

  • Strong operational fluency with social media tools, content systems, scheduling platforms, and automation workflows

  • Proven ability to build, document, and run repeatable systems (SOPs, workflows, templates, production pipelines)

  • Excellent written communication and strong visual judgment (you know what “good” looks like without being told)

  • High execution discipline: ability to manage parallel workstreams without quality degradation

  • Experience operating in professional, institutional, or B2B environments with high standards

  • Comfort working with global organizations and senior stakeholders in structured, multi-org ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, blockchain, or institutional ecosystems

  • Background in agency-side execution or high-output marketing environments

  • Hands-on experience with short-form video editing and production workflows

  • Proficiency with design tools (Canva or similar)

  • Experience managing marketing for member-based organizations, networks, or multi-entity platforms

  • Experience supporting event-driven content ecosystems (webinars, conferences, workshops, communities)
