About the role
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level NetSuite Consultant to lead the optimization, customization, and long-term roadmap of our NetSuite ERP system. Following a recent transition from Sage to NetSuite, the company is looking for a certified and strategic consultant who can take ownership of system improvements, correct implementation gaps, and drive automation across finance and supply chain operations.
This role will play a critical part in enhancing reporting, strengthening integrations, and ensuring NetSuite fully supports multi-entity, multi-location operations. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and business-minded, capable of architecting solutions while ensuring proper execution and follow-through.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the ongoing optimization and stabilization of the NetSuite ERP system
Review and improve existing configurations across AR, AP, inventory, banking, and bill of materials modules
Architect and implement system customizations to enhance financial reporting and supply chain KPIs
Assess and correct existing integrations (Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, EDI, and other connected platforms)
Support automation initiatives including high-volume order processing (2,000–3,000 daily orders), payment reconciliation, and shipment tracking
Manage multi-location warehouse setup and multi-entity reporting requirements
Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide long-term ERP roadmap planning aligned with automation and AI initiatives
Coordinate with existing consultants for basic tasks while leading strategic system execution
Provide documentation, system training support, and best practice recommendations
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation and optimization experience
NetSuite certification strongly preferred
Proven experience with multi-entity and multi-location ERP environments
Strong knowledge of financial modules, inventory management, and supply chain workflows
Experience with e-commerce and marketplace integrations (e.g., Amazon, Shopify)
Solid understanding of reporting customization and KPI dashboard creation
Experience managing ERP transitions or fixing incomplete implementations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and align with US business hours
