Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Remote from Anywhere in LATAM
Schedule: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST
Compensation: $2,000 - $2,500 / month (salary based on experience)
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing coaching, education, and events company running multiple marketing initiatives across different audiences and offers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial forecasts and cash flow models.
Track budget vs. actual performance and provide clear variance reports.
Create digital and in person event budgets based on historical data and KPIs
Work directly with the bookkeeper to ensure accurate, up-to-date financials.
Calculate and track commissions for the sales team.
Manage accounts receivable, send invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare simple, clear financial summaries for leadership.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, basic models, reports).
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or variance analysis.
Comfortable working with bookkeepers and financial data.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Experience in a small business or startup environment.
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
Experience calculating commissions or managing accounts receivable.
Soft Skills
Reliable and deadline-driven.
Clear communicator.
