Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Anywhere in LATAM or South Africa
Working Hours: EST timezone
Compensation: $1,700 – $2,000 USD/month + performance bonus

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong work ethic and proven sales background. The ideal candidate is results-driven, thrives in fast-paced environments, and communicates clearly and confidently in English — both spoken and written.

This role focuses on outbound sales development, managing warm, pre-qualified leads and identifying high-value investment opportunities (over $10K). You will be responsible for engaging new prospects, assessing their interest and fit, and passing only serious leads to our leadership team for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 20–40 outbound calls daily to warm, pre-qualified leads as they come in.

  • Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls with real estate investor leads.

  • Assess potential clients’ investment interest and ability (targeting deals of $10K+).

  • Qualify and vet leads, filtering out unqualified prospects while ensuring only serious, interested buyers move forward.

  • Accurately record all communications, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align on lead quality and feedback.

  • Maintain consistent follow-up and timely responses to all inbound and outbound inquiries.

  • (Future opportunity) Transition into direct product sales, depending on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or SDR roles.

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated success managing high call volumes and converting warm leads.

  • Strong sales instincts — able to identify serious buyers and high-value opportunities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Background in real estate, financial services, or investment sales is highly preferred.

  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work.
