Position: Growth Operations Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM) – Must overlap Eastern Time (EST) working hours

Position Overview

We are seeking a Growth Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations across client deliverables and internal processes. This role turns strategy into action by maintaining operational discipline, coordinating client communications, and delivering high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and helps the organization scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting & Workflow Management:

    • Build structured agendas and facilitate client meetings.

    • Capture key decisions and translate notes into actionable tasks using Asana or Trello.

    • Maintain follow-up systems to ensure commitments are met.

  • Client Communication & Alignment:

    • Draft client recaps, status updates, and strategic briefs.

    • Maintain professional and consistent client correspondence.

  • Deliverable Assembly & Quality Control:

    • Develop client presentations and documents from outlines and templates.

    • Ensure brand consistency, proofread materials, and maintain consulting standards.

  • Vendor & Talent Coordination:

    • Source, onboard, and manage specialized contractors (copywriters, marketers, creative talent, technical partners).

    • Manage NDAs, access, and task assignments.

  • Financial Operations Support:

    • Track SOWs, invoices, and receipts.

    • Maintain accounting logs and prepare documentation for CPA review.

  • Systems & Process Optimization:

    • Maintain organized shared drives, enforce naming conventions, and ensure version control.

    • Identify automation opportunities and refine workflows for efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).

  • Experience: 3–5 years in agency, consultancy, or startup operations with proven client service excellence.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Expert in Google Workspace.

    • Advanced proficiency in Asana or Trello.

    • Comfortable with AI tools (LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), analytics platforms, dashboards, and data management.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and documentation skills. Able to clearly synthesize information and represent a premium consulting voice.

  • Industry Familiarity: Experience in marketing consultancy or performance marketing preferred. Working knowledge of digital marketing workflows a plus.
