Job Description

Our client is a growing B2B services organization looking to hire a Commercial Operations Manager to own and optimize the execution of their outbound and revenue-supporting operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring that revenue teams operate with clear processes, strong performance visibility, and consistent execution. The ideal candidate brings a mix of people leadership, operational rigor, and systems thinking, and is comfortable supporting fast-moving revenue teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operations supporting revenue and client acquisition teams

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between strategy and execution

  • Design, document, and continuously improve outbound workflows, playbooks, and handoff processes

  • Oversee contact data management, list quality, and system integrations

  • Track KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and analyze performance and conversion metrics

  • Support onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking across revenue functions

  • Manage scheduling, hours tracking, and productivity reporting

  • Act as the first point of operational support to resolve blockers and maintain momentum

  • Ensure timely qualification and internal handoff of leads to downstream teams

  • Support operational continuity during peak periods, including occasional weekend oversight

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or outbound team management

  • Proven track record managing distributed revenue or sales development teams

  • Strong understanding of outbound workflows, performance metrics, and operational KPIs

  • Experience building and enforcing structured processes in high-volume environments

  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive

  • Familiarity with outbound tools or dialer platforms

  • Strong Google Sheets or reporting skills

  • Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or professional services environments

  • Bilingual English / Spanish
