Job Description
Our client is a growing B2B services organization looking to hire a Commercial Operations Manager to own and optimize the execution of their outbound and revenue-supporting operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring that revenue teams operate with clear processes, strong performance visibility, and consistent execution. The ideal candidate brings a mix of people leadership, operational rigor, and systems thinking, and is comfortable supporting fast-moving revenue teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations supporting revenue and client acquisition teams
Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Design, document, and continuously improve outbound workflows, playbooks, and handoff processes
Oversee contact data management, list quality, and system integrations
Track KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and analyze performance and conversion metrics
Support onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking across revenue functions
Manage scheduling, hours tracking, and productivity reporting
Act as the first point of operational support to resolve blockers and maintain momentum
Ensure timely qualification and internal handoff of leads to downstream teams
Support operational continuity during peak periods, including occasional weekend oversight
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or outbound team management
Proven track record managing distributed revenue or sales development teams
Strong understanding of outbound workflows, performance metrics, and operational KPIs
Experience building and enforcing structured processes in high-volume environments
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
Familiarity with outbound tools or dialer platforms
Strong Google Sheets or reporting skills
Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or professional services environments
Bilingual English / Spanish
