The Leavitt Group's affiliate in Twin Falls, ID, Starley Leavitt Insurance is looking for a full-time processor to join their busy team.

As a commercial lines processor, you will work with our team to process insurance policies and will need strong computer skills, with prior customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Processes new and renewal policies, including policies downloaded from the carrier once reviewed by Account Manager.
Processes endorsements, audits, cancellations, etc. including checking for accuracy, billing, and preparing correspondence to insured and/or carrier as needed
Creates emails to notify Account Managers/CSA’s to follow up on reported policy and account discrepancies; emails include all relevant documentation.
Processes all mail in a timely manner ensuring that appropriate activities are closed
Pulls renewal policies for Account Managers and place in monthly renewal folder
Attends Team meetings and continuing educational classes
Sets priorities, organizes and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities
Maintains a professional and effective relationship with co-workers, and other business contacts
Keeps informed regarding industry information, new product information and continuously improves knowledge and performance
Interacts with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals
Fulfills other duties as assigned
Job Requirements/Competencies
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Detail oriented and able to maintain compliance standards.
Must be dependable, provide timely response and complete work activities.
