About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing full-service home renovations company, is looking for a high-energy, articulate, and resilient Cold Calling Agent to join their sales organization. The company specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, roofing, siding, decks, and exterior renovations, serving homeowners across the U.S.
As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by engaging homeowners, qualifying renovation needs, and booking high-quality appointments for the Sales and Project Management teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume outbound environment, understands the home improvement or real estate space, and knows how to confidently guide cold conversations toward a clear next step.
What You’ll Do
High-Volume Outbound Calling
Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily using a predictive dialer.
Maintain energy, professionalism, and consistency throughout the day.
Lead Engagement & Qualification
Speak with homeowners to uncover renovation needs (kitchen, bath, roofing, siding, decks, etc.).
Qualify prospects based on project type, budget readiness, and timeline.
Appointment Setting
Convert cold conversations into scheduled consultations for Project Managers and Sales Representatives.
Objection Handling
Confidently address common objections and navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
CRM & Data Accuracy
Log detailed call notes, dispositions, and customer information to maintain clean, reliable data.
Performance & KPIs
Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including:
Dials completed
Talk time / connections
Appointments set
Must-Have Qualifications
Near-Native English Proficiency
C1/C2 level spoken English with a neutral or U.S.-sounding accent.
Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with U.S. homeowners.
Industry Experience (Required)
Previous experience in Home Services, Renovations, Construction, or Real Estate is mandatory.
Familiarity with remodeling terminology (roofing, siding, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) is essential.
Cold Calling Background
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain performance under pressure.
Schedule Commitment
Availability to work strictly within Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
Remote Readiness
Reliable high-speed internet.
Noise-canceling headset and a quiet, professional home workspace.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with CallTools predictive dialer.
Familiarity with other dialers such as Five9, ViciDial, or RingCentral.
CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
