Business Operations Analyst – Billing & Contract Systems
Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid)
Our client is a global WealthTech / SaaS company with operations across North America, Europe, and Latin America. As the company scales, billing accuracy and contract execution are business-critical.
What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)
Own end-to-end invoice generation, including billing runs, adjustments, credits, and re-bills
Translate contracts, pricing, and SOWs into accurate billing logic inside billing systems
Operate and maintain billing platforms, ensuring data accuracy across billing, CRM, and finance systems
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and internal or client-related inquiries
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to fix issues and improve workflows
Identify and implement improvements to billing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on billing or revenue operations experience (SaaS, FinTech, WealthTech preferred)
Direct ownership of invoice generation within a billing or financial system
Strong understanding of contract-based or usage-based billing
Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, reconciliations)
Comfortable working with complex data and real operational accountability
