As the AI Enablement Lead, your mission is to help every team member unlock their potential with AI — regardless of their role, background, or comfort level.
AI Mentorship & Workflow Coaching
Provide hands-on coaching and micro-sessions tailored to each individual’s work style.
Work closely with teammates across functions — starting with Compliance and Global Ops — to elevate their workflows using AI.
Serve as the internal partner people turn to for practical, real-time AI problem solving.
Help individuals build strong, confident AI habits that compound over time.
AI-Native Onboarding & Internal Enablement
Refine Hopae’s onboarding so every new teammate becomes AI-capable quickly.
Create simple, accessible guides, examples, and workflow templates that make AI intuitive from day one.
Ensure AI is embedded into the early weeks of every role, regardless of prior familiarity.
Strengthen Hopae’s AI-Powered Culture
Encourage a culture where experimentation, learning, and workflow improvement are celebrated.
Help teammates shift from manual or repetitive work to AI-assisted workflows that improve clarity and output.
Make AI approachable — never intimidating — and help overcome friction for beginners.
Identify & Integrate High-Impact Tools
Continuously scout emerging AI tools relevant to product, identity, compliance, security, and operations.
Evaluate these tools with a focus on impact over complexity.
Help teams integrate tools in a lightweight, practical manner — no heavy systems, no corporate overhead.
Increase Hopae’s overall leverage so the company operates like a team 2–3× its size without additional headcount.

Curious, experimental, and proactive, always exploring new AI capabilities and tools.
Effective in fast-paced, startup-style environments where clarity and speed matter.
Experienced in coaching, teaching, or simplifying complex concepts in any context.
Nice-to-haves:
Background in identity, compliance, security, operations, or product.
Examples of AI workflows, prompts, automations, or tools you’ve created.
Ability to produce clear internal guides or external content.
