Job Title: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Type: Full-Time, remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST
Salary: $1,500 - $2,000/month based on experience

Our portfolio includes multifamily and mobile home park investments, construction projects, and international trade initiatives. While we are a fairly new organization, we have a highly experienced team and operate with a global footprint across multiple sectors.
About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). The role will focus on overseeing bookkeeping, ensuring proper tax compliance, streamlining financial procedures, and providing high-level financial reporting essential for the company's operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to refine financial processes in a rapidly growing business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and refine existing bookkeeping practices.
Prepare comprehensive management reports and financial summaries.
Ensure compliance with US and global tax regulations.
Optimize processes for closing books and financial operations.
Collaborate with and guide the bookkeepers to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Handle diverse accounting matters, including vendor payments, rent collections, and international trade invoicing.
Identify and correct inefficiencies in accounts payable/receivable and other financial processes.
Propose and develop new practices to ensure effective financial management.
Requirements
5+ years of accounting/finance experience
CPA (U.S. Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent international credential (e.g., Philippines CPA)
Strong English communication skills (essential for client-facing accounting roles)
Experience with bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks.
Strong skills in financial reporting and management accounting.
A self-starter with a "find a need and fill it" mindset.
Experience in real estate, construction, or international trade is a plus.
Ability to work Eastern Time hours.
