About the Role

Our fast growing, eCommerce SaaS Partner, Flxpoint is hiring an Account Manager to lead post-sale relationships with 180+ active customers. You’ll act as the main point of contact for strategic account growth, contract management, and churn prevention. Your focus will be retention and revenue expansion: identifying pain points, looping in the right internal teams, and driving value through upsells, renewals, and successful onboarding of new services.

You’ll report directly to the COO and regularly present performance insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships post-subscription, including stakeholder engagement and executive alignment

  • Manage renewals, contract changes, cancellations, and upsells across a portfolio of 180+ accounts

  • Understand client goals and position Flxpoint solutions to meet business objectives

  • Identify expansion opportunities using product usage data and support trends

  • Collaborate with Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure delivery of value

  • Track sales metrics: pipeline activity, conversion rates, and expansion revenue

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS sales

  • Proven success hitting revenue or retention targets in a technology environment

  • Strong commercial acumen: skilled at negotiations, renewals, and upselling

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across stakeholder levels

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of accounts with strategic attention

  • Fluent English (C1+); able to lead meetings and write with clarity

  • Located in Latin America, with full overlap to U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in e-commerce platforms, automation software, or SaaS

  • Experience working closely with product and technical teams

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and account health tracking metrics

Compensation & Logistics

  • Full-time, remote role based in Latin America

  • USD-based compensation (exact range TBD)

  • Reports to COO; collaboration with Sales, CS, and Product

  • Success in first 3–6 months: stable renewal rates, identified upsell pipeline, improved customer retention
