Headquarters: Berlin, Germany URL: https://nearcut.com/ Location Europe, fully remote   The role We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer who can own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery. You'll be joining our dynamic product team as the sole designer and taking the lead on user experience: from complex interaction design to user research and building scalable design systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to shape product direction in a client-focused, data-driven environment.   What you'll be doing You'll work closely with the product, marketing and development teams to drive user-centered design decisions that delight clients and accelerate development: Designing user flows that solve complex client problems while maintaining excellent visual taste creating solutions that convert well, feel intuitive, and align with our brand and design system Leveraging and participating in discovery research including competitor analysis, user feedback synthesis (Intercom, interviews, PostHog surveys), and data analysis Building and maintaining design systems that enable faster, consistent development Owning UX decisions while collaborating closely with colleagues across Product, Development, Marketing, and Client Relations Upholding and evolving our brand guidelines to create a distinct, coherent experience for clients and prospective leads Partnering directly with developers to iterate solutions in-code rather than over-designing upfront Measuring design impact through data analysis to continuously improve the client experience Creating efficient design processes and documentation that help the entire team work better   Your experience Essential You have 5+ years of directly applicable experience with a strong portfolio of complex B2B or SaaS applications You're highly organized and self-managing, able to structure your own work and prioritize effectively You create reusable design patterns and component libraries that accelerate development, rather than designing one-off solutions You have experience collaborating closely with product, marketing and development teams and iterating on solutions during development You excel at leveraging and participating in discovery work: synthesizing user research, competitive analysis, and data analytics to inform design decisions You can move fast and are happy to iterate on solutions rather than perfecting designs upfront Nice-to-have Experience in booking/scheduling software or tools for service-based businesses Experience with Figma for design and prototyping, and Posthog for product analytics   Benefits of our working environment High autonomy and responsibility: We re a small team with a big product and client base, so every individual has lots of independence and scope for impact.
