About the Role:
Open Doors ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Start part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to increase to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your goals and performance.

This is a remote, flexible position where you’ll provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities—backed by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
