Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (Competitive hourly pay + paid indirect hours)

What is a BA Candidate?
Has a master’s degree in a BACB-approved field (Required for credentialing and billing.)
Has completed at least 50% of supervised experience hours
Plans to sit for the BCBA exam within 6 months of starting
Has completed New Mexico’s background check registry
Is able to provide Stage 2 (Assessment) and Stage 3 (Intervention) ABA services under supervision
What You’ll Do:
Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
Collect and analyze data to guide progress
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
Attend team meetings and receive structured supervision
Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant
