Full Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Play-Based ABA

SenseSational Learning Group | Lansing & surrounding Michigan communities
Part-time to Full-time | $20-23/hour | Flexible scheduling


Who We Are:

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques

  • Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)

  • Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team

  • Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors

  • Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Schedule & Availability:

  • 15-40 hours/week (part-time or full-time available)

  • Must be available for at least 2 evenings per week (4:00-7:00 PM), Monday-Friday

  • Additional morning and afternoon hours available

  • Flexible scheduling to work around school or other commitments

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time

  • 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)

  • Previous experience working with children

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
