Pay: $17-$22 per hour
Hours:
Monday – Friday 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Your Role:
Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
Support families through parent training and consistent communication
Work Environment: This role takes place in clients’ homes. Team members must feel comfortable entering client homes and neighborhoods within their assigned territory.
What You Bring:
1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
A passion for helping children grow and succeed
Reliable transportation to client homes in Akron
Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting
Ability to pass the RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you prepare)
Active RBT certification is a plus
Willingness to commute to assigned learners
Must speak Nepali
