Your Opportunity:

As a Data Operations Support team member, you’ll play a key role in managing data, optimizing workflows, and supporting critical projects. You will ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality output, while gaining valuable experience in data operations, project coordination, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Maintenance: Clean, update, and tag records accurately.

  • Admin Support: Organize files, prepare reports, and manage day-to-day tasks.

  • Project Launch: Coordinate meetings and ensure resources are available.

  • QA Checks: Review data for errors and ensure quality standards.

  • Workflow Coordination: Liaise with teams to track progress and resolve issues.

  • Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and update SOPs.

  • Resource Management: Manage tools, licenses, and other operational assets.

  • Client Support: Assist in delivering accurate products to drive subscriptions and client satisfaction.

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems/Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • At least 1 year in operations support, data management, or project coordination.

  • Familiarity with QA processes or database management is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and general knowledge on databases.

  • Basic understanding of data cleaning and quality control.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Experience with subscription-based products, experience in video editing and familiarity with Airtable are a plus.
