Your Opportunity:

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Data Operations Specialist. In this role, you will:

  • Support the end-to-end development of company intelligence profiles, from research sourcing and transcript review to final publication on internal platforms

  • Conduct and/or support expert interviews, including preparation, question development, note-taking, and post-call synthesis

  • Analyze and synthesize insights from expert interview transcripts, internal research decks, and external sources to build comprehensive company profiles

  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative market research data and conduct validation or supplemental research where needed

  • Collaborate closely with topic leads, research teams, sales, and other offshore teams to align on pipeline companies and deliverables

  • Consolidate insights across multiple interviews and broader market or segment research to produce structured, high-quality drafts of company profiles

  • Perform quality checks on company profiles to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and completeness

  • Standardize and format content and data according to internal frameworks and publishing requirements

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of profile generation workflows and research processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Business Administration / Management, Economics, Social Science (Communications, Journalism, Political Science, International Studies, Sociology)

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources

  • Critical thinker who can work independently with minimal supervision

  • Excellent written English with strong attention to clarity, structure, and precision

  • Background in data interpretation, market research, or qualitative analysis

  • Experience in technical writing, systems analysis, project management, or similar structured work environments

  • Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in conducting interviews or discussions

  • High level of accuracy, rigor, and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with Airtable is an advantage
