Your Opportunity:

As the HR Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for aligning Dedale’s people strategy with business goals across global regions. You will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Managers (grooming to become HRBPs), ensure regional consistency in HR practices, and serve as a key advisor to business leaders in the regional.

This is a pivotal role for a senior HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance, and international environments.

1. Talent Acquisition Oversight

  • Oversee regional recruitment operations handled by regional TA Managers, ensuring quality and efficiency

  • Ensure consistency and innovation in sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview practices, and job offers

  • Monitor and improve recruiting metrics

  • Drive employer branding efforts and strengthen university and recruitment partnerships in the region

2. Talent & Performance Management

  • Collaborate with Global Head of HR and local leadership to oversee the regional execution of performance management cycles and calibration sessions

  • Guide HR teams in the regions in identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential employees

  • Ensure alignment between regional talent planning and succession strategies

  • Partner with L&D to deploy leadership and capability development initiatives

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align workforce plans with business strategies

  • Review and guide HRBP-led organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives

  • Oversee rollout of corporate HR programs at the regional level (e.g., engagement surveys, DEI, talent reviews)

  • Act as a strategic advisor on people issues affecting business outcomes

3. Core HR

  • Provide guidance on handling complex employee relations cases and investigations

  • Ensure legal compliance and adherence to labor regulations across regions

  • Approve or support disciplinary actions and terminations managed by HRBPs

  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.

  • Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance standards across multiple geographies, especially in the Philippines

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-growth companies.

  • Background working in fast-paced, international, and matrixed organizations.

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
