We are expanding our Personal Lines Department and are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our team. This is more than just a job—it’s a career opportunity where you’ll learn, grow, and make a real impact on our clients and our agency.
What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Account Manager, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our clients and Account Managers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service—answering questions, posting payments, assisting with claims, and processing policy changes.
Supporting Account Managers with special projects and helping build long-lasting client relationships.
Learning the ins and outs of personal lines insurance products, and becoming confident in explaining coverages and issuing key documents like auto IDs and certificates.
Growing into your role with mentorship from experienced Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Producers.
Over time, as you earn your Property & Casualty License (with our support), you’ll expand your responsibilities to include:
Advising clients on coverage options and policy changes.
Helping retain renewals and identifying opportunities for improved programs.
Developing existing accounts and assisting with new business opportunities by preparing timely and accurate quotes.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to have years of insurance experience to succeed here. We’re looking for someone who is:
License required in Arizona for Property and Casualty and agency experience preferred, OR willingness to obtain licensure within 90 days.
Customer-focused with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel (strong typing and computer skills are a must).
Organized and able to self-manage in a digital workflow environment.
Outgoing, confident, and excited to learn.
