📍 Location: Indianola, IA- Clinic setting
🕓 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM-12PM

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll work hands-on with children in our welcoming clinic environment, delivering high-quality ABA therapy that changes lives.
You will:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Support communication, play, social, and daily living skills
Track progress and keep accurate session data
Help with assessments and organize engaging materials
Partner with families, teachers, and team members to build success
Maintain a fun, safe, and structured environment for learning

🧩 What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)
RBT certificate is a must
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation to our Indianola clinic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play
