📍 Location: Indianola, IA- Clinic setting
🕓 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM-12PM

💬 What You’ll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll work hands-on with children in our welcoming clinic environment, delivering high-quality ABA therapy that changes lives.

You will:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Support communication, play, social, and daily living skills

  • Track progress and keep accurate session data

  • Help with assessments and organize engaging materials

  • Partner with families, teachers, and team members to build success

  • Maintain a fun, safe, and structured environment for learning

🧩 What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)

  • RBT certificate is a must

  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Reliable transportation to our Indianola clinic

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play
