Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8a-11:30a or 11:30a-3:00p
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate, Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to a child with autism in Stow, OH. Your Role:
Work 1:1 with a child in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
Collect data and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs
Support families through parent training and consistent communication
Translate and support the family in their native language when appropriate
Work Environment: This job operates in a client’s home. Candidates must be comfortable entering homes and neighborhoods within the assigned area.
What You Bring:
1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
Experience in early intervention (ages 2–6)
Current CPR certification (preferred)
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
A passion for helping children grow and succeed
Reliable transportation to client homes in Akron
Fluency in Nepali and willingness to translate as needed
Job Details:
Part-time: ~20 hours/week, potential for full-time as well
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–12PM
Pay: $17–$22/hour (direct)
