Pay: $17–$22 per hour


Behavior Technician (Part-Time, Nepali-Speaking Required) – Stow, OH

Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8a-11:30a or 11:30a-3:00p

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate, Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to a child with autism in Stow, OH. Your Role:

  • Work 1:1 with a child in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Teach communication, daily living, and social skills

  • Collect data and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs

  • Support families through parent training and consistent communication

  • Translate and support the family in their native language when appropriate

Work Environment: This job operates in a client’s home. Candidates must be comfortable entering homes and neighborhoods within the assigned area.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • Experience in early intervention (ages 2–6)

  • Current CPR certification (preferred)

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • A passion for helping children grow and succeed

  • Reliable transportation to client homes in Akron

  • Fluency in Nepali and willingness to translate as needed

Job Details:

  • Part-time: ~20 hours/week, potential for full-time as well

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–12PM

  • Pay: $17–$22/hour (direct)

  • Location: In-home (Stow, OH)
