Executive Assistant – Sales & Leadership Apprenticeship Program

As a Leavitt affiliate, FBMC/3MPWR is seeking a high-potential graduate for a selective three-year Sales & Leadership Apprenticeship Program. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, organized professional interested in executive leadership, sales, and long-term career growth in employee benefits consulting.
The Apprentice works directly with the President of FBMC, supporting executive operations while gaining hands-on experience in sales strategy, business development, cross-agency collaboration, and leadership development.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct executive support to the President, including scheduling, travel, and communications
Support sales prospecting, meetings, and pipeline tracking (Salesforce)
Shadow senior leadership in client and strategic meetings
Assist with cross-agency sales opportunities across the Leavitt Group
Support recruiting efforts with the FSU Professional Sales Institute
Help plan leadership retreats, strategy sessions, and training events
Collaborate with marketing on branding, content, and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred (FSU Professional Sales Institute strongly preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
Interest in sales, leadership, and business development
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed
