Are you a service-driven insurance professional with a passion for commercial lines and a knack for working with contractor and construction clients? Woodruff Leavitt, a Leavitt Group affiliate in Buckeye is looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for our clients. Responsibilities include:
Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producer
Coordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely, client-focused execution
Supporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and outreach
Following up with carriers for quotations and ensuring timely proposal development
Creating and revising proposals per Producer direction and producer/client meetings
Verifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals
Assisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign-offs
Managing certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks
Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards
What You Bring to the Table
Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Arizona
Experience managing commercial insurance accounts, especially in contractor and construction segments
Strong understanding of agency operations and account service workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Skilled in navigating carrier rating software
Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
