Risk Services of Louisiana is looking to add new talent to their team in Houston, TX
They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to support producers, manage key client relationships, and help drive the success of our Commercial Lines team. This role combines elements of both producer and account manager responsibilities, with an emphasis on strategic client support, leadership, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Support producers with client strategy, coverage analysis, presentations, and risk management recommendations.
Manage and strengthen relationships with high-value or complex accounts.
Assist with account rounding, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
Coordinate coverage reviews, policy servicing, and technical support for new and renewal accounts.
Stay current on market trends, pricing, and carrier products.
Lead weekly team huddles and collaborate on market selection and renewal strategy.
Assist with escalated service issues and support insureds with claims.
Mentor Account Managers and help promote a high-performance team environment.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Account Manager or Producer.
Active Property & Casualty license.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze coverage, interpret insurance documents, and effectively support client needs.
Industry designations preferred:
Certified Insurance Counselor-CIC
Certified Risk Manager-CRM
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter CPCU
