Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP).

  • Implement and monitor behavior plans, providing ongoing evaluation and adjustment as needed.

  • Deliver direct behavior intervention services across home, school, and community settings.

  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.

  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to promote positive outcomes.

  • Maintain thorough documentation, including accurate records and data collection.

  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive, quality care.


Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB.

  • Experience in early childhood development and education is strongly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Compensation Package:


  • Hourly Rate: $75–$85 per hour


Schedule:


  • Monday–Friday

  • Afternoons and until 7pm availability


License/Certification:


  • BCBA certification (Required)
