Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP).
Implement and monitor behavior plans, providing ongoing evaluation and adjustment as needed.
Deliver direct behavior intervention services across home, school, and community settings.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to promote positive outcomes.
Maintain thorough documentation, including accurate records and data collection.
Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure comprehensive, quality care.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
Experience in early childhood development and education is strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Package:
Hourly Rate: $75–$85 per hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Afternoons and until 7pm availability
License/Certification:
BCBA certification (Required)
