Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM – Costa Rica preferred)
Work Hours: Full-time | EST Time Zone
Salary: $1,500 – $2,000/month
Languages Required: Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Reports to: COO

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for international clients pursuing financing for U.S. real estate investments. From the first conversation through post-closing support, you will guide clients through the lending process, build trust, and ensure a smooth, clear, and successful experience.

You will also oversee and coordinate with Processing Managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of all back-office and support tasks related to each loan file.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct introductory calls with potential clients, providing an overview of financing options

  • Collect and analyze client information to match them with optimal loan terms

  • Present loan proposals, address questions, and communicate the value of the services

  • Manage ongoing client communications and foster long-term relationships

  • Host post-signing kick-off calls with clients and the Processing Manager to clarify next steps and required documentation

  • Support the Processing Manager in handling client escalations or complex questions

  • Monitor loan progress and manage client expectations

  • Promote client satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business

  • Confident in presenting and selling financing solutions, especially to international investors

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
