Location: In-person – Alma, MI
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting around 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will:
Deliver personalized behavior intervention services
Support children in learning daily living, communication, and social skills
Collect and document behavior data accurately
Collaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetings
Help implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
What We’re Looking For
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 1+ year of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
Passion: A strong desire to work with children and make a positive impact
Training: Completion of a 40-hour RBT course (preferred but not required — we can help you get there!)
Certification: Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire (we provide support)

To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening.
Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, or crawl for extended periods
Comfortable working on the floor and actively engaging with children
