Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Position Overview

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing future agency leaders and co-owners across the Leavitt Group network. This executive-level role combines leadership succession planning, ownership development, executive recruitment, and strategic relationship management to support the long-term growth and stability of affiliate agencies.

Working closely with Agency Partners, agency co-owners, and Leavitt Group leadership, this position helps ensure agencies have the leadership talent, succession plans, and ownership pathways necessary to support future growth and continuity.

Key Responsibilities

· Leadership Perpetuation & Ownership Development

· Partner with Agency Partners, co-owners, and agency leadership to identify succession needs and develop perpetuation strategies.

· Support agencies in building leadership pipelines that ensure continuity and long-term growth.

Executive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Source, recruit, and engage high-performing producers, agency leaders, and ownership-track candidates.

· Evaluate candidates for leadership potential, cultural fit, business development capabilities, and ownership readiness.

· Lead candidate engagement through recruitment, assessment, offer development, and onboarding.

· Build and maintain relationships with top industry talent and key market influencers.

Strategic Relationship Management & Growth

· Serve as a trusted advisor to Agency Partners and agency leadership teams regarding perpetuation, leadership, and growth initiatives.

· Develop and maintain relationships that support recruitment, succession planning, and long-term agency success.

· Represent Leavitt Group within the insurance industry and affiliated business communities.

Strategic Purpose of the Role

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships plays a key role in protecting and enhancing the long-term value of Leavitt Group's affiliate agencies. Through leadership perpetuation planning, executive recruitment, ownership development, and strategic relationship management, this position helps ensure agencies have the leadership talent necessary to support future growth and ownership continuity.

Qualifications

Required Experience

Preferred Experience

· Experience recruiting insurance producers and agency leaders.

· Familiarity with ownership and equity participation structures.
