Key Responsibilities (Part-Time or FUll-Time):
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).
Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
Maintain accurate records and data collection.
Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
Valid state licensure.
Experience in early childhood development and education.
Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work evenings.
Ability to provide in home and community based services.
Compensation Package:
Salary ($65-75/hour equivalent)
Schedule:
After school
Telehealth with a meeting with the client in person at least once a month
Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
BCBA certification (Required).
