Finni Health is seeking a passionate and skilled part-time or full-time BCBA to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities (Part-Time or FUll-Time):

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).

  • Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

  • Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.

  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.

  • Maintain accurate records and data collection.

  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB.

  • Valid state licensure.

  • Experience in early childhood development and education.

  • Knowledge of ABA principles and NDBI.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work evenings.

  • Ability to provide in home and community based services.


Compensation Package:

  • Salary ($65-75/hour equivalent)


Schedule:

  • After school

  • Telehealth with a meeting with the client in person at least once a month

  • Monday to Friday


License/Certification:

  • BCBA certification (Required).
