Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team. This role provides a unique opportunity to support both strategic initiatives across the organisation and essential operational partner (PCW) support within the EU. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a collaborative and analytical mindset, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

In this role you’ll:

  • Assist with the execution and tracking of complex, cross-functional projects by coordinating project goals, timelines and resources across functions such as Product, Claims, Underwriting, Analytics, and Systems, ensuring solution alignment and proactive communication.

  • Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder and partner team initiatives and workflows, maintaining up-to-date visibility on progress, dependencies, and priorities.

  • Support the creation of business cases and operational improvements through data gathering, analysis, and financial insights, contributing ideas for greater business impact.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when handling shifting tasks or priorities, stepping up to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.

  • Embrace opportunities to learn new technologies, tools, and industry advancements, including AI and next-generation operational systems.

  • Gather and validate data from various online portals, preparing centralised reports and dashboards.

  • Coordinate invoicing activities, including compiling monthly sales summaries for reporting.

  • Manage and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all sales file submissions, data, documentation, and reporting, promptly resolving any issues.

  • Support system and process improvements by raising change requests and assisting with testing.

  • Act as a contact for certain queries, supporting relationship management and monitoring service performance.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational support, project coordination, or strategy roles (insurance or technology sectors preferred).

  • Data fluency and problem-solving skills; able to analyse data, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple operational and strategic projects, meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail for managing data and financial processes.

  • Effective communicator—able to convey updates and insights clearly to diverse audiences.

  • French language skills — nice to have.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to building positive relationships - both with internal stakeholders and externally PCW partners

  • Self-driven and able to work independently within a distributed team.

  • Basic financial acumen for handling invoicing and reporting tasks.

  • Ability to work in a remote environment

  • Excitement to learn about and adopt AI and next-generation technologies as part of operational transformation.
