Social & Content Manager (f/m/d) Düsseldorf or Berlin, Germany (onsite).

At Upway, we’re building the world’s leading marketplace for refurbished e-bikes. In just three years, we’ve brought more than 50,000 e-bikes back to life and we are just getting started.
Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone.
How? By sourcing and professionally refurbishing the best e-bikes on the market in combining premium quality, affordability, and sustainability. Germany has become our core market. Now we are looking for a Social & Content Manager (f/m/d) to join us. You will be in charge for our whole marketing efforts from building punchy social media posts to compelling blogs, videos, and newsletters. You bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. Your content inspires, drives engagement, and shapes Upway’s distinctive voice on our growth journey. Gehalt: EUR 60.000-70.000 + Equity depending on experience

About the Role

• Social Media Management: Plan and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, build community interaction, and optimize content using trends and performance data.

• CRM & Email Marketing: Create compelling email campaigns that boost engagement and retention, with eye-catching templates and ongoing performance analysis.

• SEO Optimization: Optimize website and blog content to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic, working closely with SEO specialists.

• Campaign & Website Activation: Execute creative, on-brand marketing campaigns and support website enhancements that improve user experience and engagement.

About You

• Experience: 1–2 years in content creation, copywriting, or a related role with strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.

• Writing Skills: Passionate storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills in German.

• Creativity: Skilled in designing engaging visual content using tools like Figma or Canva, with basic video editing as a plus.

• Email Marketing: Experienced with platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

• Work Style: Self-motivated and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Interest: A genuine passion for bicycles and e-bikes is a significant advantage.
