The Opportunity
As a Market Launcher, you will be responsible for launching Uride in new markets in Germany. You are equal parts entrepreneur, operator, hustler, and strategist. You will build a city from scratch: acquire supply, generate early demand, navigate regulatory challenges, and create momentum until the market can sustain a full team.

Your Mission
Launch Markets End-to-End
Travel to target cities and build Uride’s presence from zero.
Recruit, onboard, and train drivers or partners to ensure supply availability.
Run grassroots demand-generation campaigns and manage early user acquisition.
Set up local partnerships to accelerate adoption.
Hustle & Execute
Hit the ground running—find supply, close fleet partners, talk to customers, and solve daily operational issues.
Adapt the Canadian playbook to local conditions, then improve them based on what you learn.
Do whatever it takes to get cars on the road and riders using them.
Growth & Operations
Manage supply-demand balance through a combination of pricing insights, driver incentives, and rider promotions.
Build processes to scale operations in the city once launched.
Use data to analyze performance and adjust tactics in real time.
Regulatory & Market Navigation
Understand the local transportation ecosystem and identify potential blockers.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to keep the market healthy and compliant.
Communicate Uride’s value proposition to local authorities, partners, and communities.
What you bring
At least 2–6 years of experience in consulting, operations, business development, sales, or entrepreneurial roles.
Comfortable with heavy travel and unstructured environments.
Strong communicator who can work with drivers, partners, city officials, and local businesses.
Fluency in both English and German is required.
Data-driven mindset with ability to run experiments and make decisions fast.
Bias toward action - you move fast, unblock yourself, and create results.
Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities.
