Full Job Description

You'll drive engineering efficiency and developer experience across our R&D organization, working directly with leadership and our new Dev experience micro-squad to scale how we build and ship products. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, you'll identify friction points, design solutions, and rally teams around changes that unlock velocity for hundreds of developers.

In this role you’ll

  • Partner with R&D leadership to define and track engineering metrics that drive organizational performance

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline development processes, from ideation to deployment

  • Build dashboards and analytics that give engineering leaders real-time visibility into team health and productivity

  • Design and implement automation solutions that eliminate manual work and reduce cycle times

  • Collaborate with the DX team to identify and solve developer pain points across tooling, workflows, and infrastructure

  • Drive adoption of new processes and tools by communicating impact and getting buy-in from engineering teams

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years in product or engineering operations, with hands-on experience improving developer workflows

  • Engineering background with at least a few years as a developer—you've felt the pain points firsthand

  • Passion for automation, AI, and finding creative ways to eliminate repetitive work

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience building engineering metrics, dashboards, or data-driven solutions

  • Project management expertise with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence change across diverse technical teams

  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
