Role Overview
As an SDR Intern at Sibill, you will support the sales team by qualifying and engaging inbound leads related to new company incorporations. This junior role involves daily interactions with around 50 prospects, assessing their needs, and ensuring that only qualified leads progress to the senior sales team. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of a new business line within a fast-paced fintech environment.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an Sales Development Representative Intern to join the new Incorporations team at Sibill. The Intern SDR will support the sales team in qualifying and engaging inbound leads coming from marketing campaigns related to the incorporation of new companies.
The SDR Intern plays a key role in the funnel, ensuring that:
only qualified and relevant leads are passed to the Account Executives or senior sales team
non-relevant or low-quality leads are filtered out early
early-stage or “not ready yet” leads are nurtured properly

You are fluent in italian, you will be interacting on a daily basis with our prospect clients that are all italian SMBs
What will you do
You will become familiar with Sibill’s products (accounts, cards, accounting, cash flow, treasury)
You will qualify inbound leads through calls and follow-ups
You will understand the needs of prospects and assess whether they are a good fit
You will engage prospects by phone and guide them through the next steps
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality over time
