What we are looking for

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team.

Your mission will be to generate high-quality outbound opportunities by engaging Italian SMBs that need better financial organization and helping them understand how Sibill can support their business.

You’ll be a key player in our sales engine, ensuring that:

  • Only relevant and qualified leads reach the Account Executives

  • Low-quality or non-relevant leads are filtered out early

  • Early-stage or “not ready yet” leads are nurtured properly

Experience-wise, we’re open to 0–2 years in sales (SaaS/Tech is a plus, but we value mindset and potential first).

What will you do

  • Research and qualify outbound leads (Italian SMBs)

  • Make cold calls and send tailored emails to engage decision-makers

  • Understand business needs and assess product fit

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives on go-to-market strategies

  • Book high-quality product demos

  • Actively contribute to improving scripts and outreach processes

  • Manage your pipeline autonomously to keep deals flowing
