About IntervAI IntervAI is a Vienna-based AI startup revolutionizing early-stage recruitment. Our B2B solution empowers recruiters to automate resume screening and first-round interviews using conversational AI agents helping teams reach 3 more candidates, 5 faster. We are currently expanding and looking for an intern who can help us grow our presence in the Turkish market. Tasks What You'll Do Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients (recruitment agencies, HR departments, tech companies) via LinkedIn, email, and other channels Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in Trkiye Support the preparation and localization of marketing materials (presentations, landing pages, email templates) Assist in managing CRM tools and reporting outreach performance Join product demos with potential Turkish pilot clients and support follow-up communication Collaborate directly with the founder and growth team on go-to-market strategies Provide market insights and competitor research within the local B2B hiring ecosystem Requirements What We are Looking For University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields Fluent in Turkish and comfortable communicating in English Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude Familiarity with LinkedIn and interest in tech, AI, or HR tools Previous experience in B2B marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required) Availability for approximately 15 hours per week, for at least 3 months Benefits What We Offer Real startup experience and high ownership from day one Direct mentoring from the founding team Remote and flexible working schedule A chance to shape the future of AI-powered hiring Option to receive a letter of recommendation, certificate of completion, or potential future offer based on performance Please note: This is an unpaid internship Other Facts Duration: 3 to 6 months Start Date: Flexible Type: Unpaid Internship (approx. 15 hours/week) Location: Remote (must be based in EU)
