Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and scale our growing sales team in London, driving revenue with a consultative, customer-first approach. You’ll oversee the full sales cycle, coach Account Executives, and refine strategies to win high-impact deals in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and growth.

  • Own and guide the full sales cycle across the team — from targeted prospecting to negotiating and closing deals.

  • Develop and refine strategic outreach, qualification, and pipeline management tactics that improve win rates and accelerate deal velocity.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring long-term engagement and expansion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Product, and Success — to align GTM strategy and deliver customer value.

  • Establish playbooks, performance metrics, and best practices to ensure consistent quota attainment and operational excellence.
