Full Job Description

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As a Sales Development Representative Manager, you’ll lead and develop our team of SDRs—the frontline of our outbound strategy. You’ll coach, motivate, and scale a high-performing group responsible for driving prospecting efforts, booking meetings, and nurturing leads, ensuring our message resonates in the competitive AI landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs, providing coaching, structure, and accountability.

  • Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and contacting potential prospects.

  • Oversee the execution of personalized, structured prospecting campaigns to secure meetings.

  • Manage high-volume outreach processes while ensuring quality and effective follow-up.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and performance metrics to continuously improve team effectiveness.

  • A proven leader with experience managing or mentoring outbound sales or business development teams.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 – $170,000 before commission. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks.
