About the Role

The Revenue Operations Analyst will drive operational excellence within the Growth segment by ensuring our systems, data, and processes are optimized for speed, accuracy, and scale. This role will combine analytical rigor with process design, using AI-powered tools to automate routine work and maintain a clean operational ecosystem.

By partnering closely with Growth leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams, this person will be instrumental in making sure the Growth team operates efficiently, enabling us to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to our fast-growing customer base.

What you'll do at Persona


Salesforce Data Quality & Automation

  • Own the integrity and accuracy of Growth segment data in Salesforce (SFDC).

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure records are clean, standardized, and up-to-date.

  • Partner with team members to build automation for maintaining data hygiene and surfacing insights in real time.

  • Establish and document best practices for data entry, maintenance, and review.

Growth Team Wiki & Knowledge Management

  • Build and maintain a centralized Growth Team Wiki to house SOPs, documentation, and segment-specific processes.

  • Continuously update, merge, and deprecate documentation to reflect current practices.

  • Partner with RevOps and Enablement to track usage and ensure adoption of new resources.

Operational & Project Support

  • Support RevOps and Growth leadership with ad-hoc operational projects—including Salesforce enhancements, marketing requests and staffing models.

  • Translate strategic goals into clear operational steps, driving execution across teams.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and propose scalable solutions.


What You'll Bring to Persona

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business systems, or revenue operations.

  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM); comfortable working with large datasets.

  • Familiarity or curiosity about AI tools (e.g., data enrichment, workflow automation, document summarization).

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset and a bias for action.

  • Open to working on-site at our San Fransisco headquarters.
